God has an amazing destiny for our lives. He has specially crafted it for each individual, and to call upon His name and depend upon Him brings us into His destiny. But what does it mean, and what does it take, to follow God’s destiny? Wick Nease takes on the subject of what it means for God to work within us as individual believers. He discusses openly the challenges that await a life filled with God, but encourages students in the truth that the blessings upon such a life are far greater than the trials, and are worth suffering for.
Session Objectives
- To reveal the heart of God for His individual children, not just His collective church
- Relate examples of lives that followed God’s destiny – and lives that did not
- Describe what destiny is, where we can find it, and how we can follow it
- Pray intentionally for students, and for the destiny God has for their lives
- Rev. Wick Nease teaches about the Father Heart of God and the Destiny He has for our lives.
Wick is on staff with YWAM, and he regularly teaches in YWAM Discipleship Training Schools around the world. He and his wife Jan are the founders of an orphanage ministry across the world called Streams of Mercy. This provides Wick with a great vantage point to speak to the students about God’s father heart for the world. www.streamsofmercy.org
