Let’s face it: relationships are an important part of most people’s lives. It’s not just a human thing to desire marriage; God has planned marriage for almost everyone. But what does a godly relationship look like? Alan and Marti Wibbels explain the difference between a relationship that glorifies God and a relationship based upon worldly values. Students will learn how a true relationship does not enslave us into dependency on others, but frees us to be in blessed union with another.
Session Objectives
- Examine what a worldly focus on relationships looks like.
- Examine what a godly focus on relationships looks like.
- Encourage students to live for God, not for the gratification of self.
- Trust in God’s timing and plan; He works everything together for our good.
