Introducing [MyMissionTrip]

[MyMissionTrip] is a set of online services designed to help Royal Servants students and parents prepare for their upcoming mission trip.

Since 1981, Royal Servants has provided excellent preparation materials through the Student Prep Packet and the Parent Prep Packet. In response to the developments in social media and interactive web, we are now transitioning our existing resources to an electronic format.  In addition, we are developing additional options for you to access critical information and materials via the web.

[MyMissionTrip]: What's It Do?

[MyMissionTrip] helps you prepare for your upcoming mission trip.  If you are a parent, it will keep you informed about your student's trip and provide other helpful information.  You can use one or all of the following [MyMissionTrip] online services.

1.  [MyMissionTrip] Reminders

Get [MyMissionTrip] Reminders in your email or on your phone.  If there is only one [MyMissionTrip] service you use, this one should be it.  We will send you:

• Important notices about your preparation process, as outlined in your Prep Packet.  Let us help you stay on task by sending you short reminders.
• Critical updates—Our world is changing every day and it is impossible to predict everything.  The [MyMissionTrip] Reminders keeps you informed if changes occur that affect your mission trip.
• Helpful Tips—Get convenient tips about preparing, packing, and doing your Royal Servants mission trip.

2.  [MyMissionTrip] Calendar

[MyMissionTrip] Calendar is a place to find important deadlines as well as access your team's itinerary.  [MyMissionTrip] Calendar will:

• Remind you of important dates to keep you on task as you prepare for your trip.
• Give parents a timeline of essential information after you leave.  For instance, a parent can quickly see when you are returning home and get the details necessary to pick you up.

3.  [MyMissionTrip] Discussions

Talk with other Royal Servants and parents about your mission trip.  Whether this is your first summer or you are an alumnus [MyMissionTrip] Discussions is a place where Royal Servants exchange ideas, ask questions, get answers and share perspectives from their peers. 

Are you nervous about raising your support?  Are you looking for ideas?  Do you want to get introduced to others on your mission trip?  Want to learn from someone who did your trip last summer?  This is a place to get it all!

4.  [MyMissionTrip] Updates

[MyMissionTrip] Updates is a place where you can follow a specific trip or all of Royal Servants' mission trips.  Reign Ministries also keeps an in-depth blog from each of the mission trips which you can access at [MyMissionTrip] Updates.

5.  [MyMissionTrip] Fundraising

[MyMissionTrip] Fundraising is an exciting new service that we are currently developing!  It will enable you to raise support and track your funds online, through email, Facebook, Twitter, your own blog, whatever.  We are planning to test the beta version soon.

6.  [MyMissionTrip] Profile

You can administer your online account at [MyMission Trip] Profile.  It will work closely with [MyMissionTrip] Fundraising to enable you to track your funds. It will also provide customized links to other services.

7.  [MyMissionTrip] Itinerary

[MyMission Trip] Itinerary will provide dates, destinations, addresses, and travel information important to your trip.
