If you have a son or daughter on a 2011 Royal Servants mission trip, the Nehemiah team, or the Barnabas team, this mail guide is for you. You can:

Sending an email encouragement to Training Camp

Send your son or daughter an encouraging note via Hilltop Express. We will print and deliver it during the next mail delivery.

Send by 3PM CST each day—We are able to deliver mail and Hilltop Expresses to students most days, during their time at Training Camp (June 9—July 2). Submit your Express by 3PM CST to ensure it will make that days delivery. If you miss the time deadline, do not worry. We will deliver at the following mail delivery day.

Send before Saturday, July 2 at 3PM—The last day you will be able to send email and have it printed is July 2 by 3PM CST.

Attention: Because Training Camp is in rural Wisconsin and Internet connectivity is very limited, it is not possible for students to email. They however can receive a printed Hilltop Express!

Send a Hilltop Express via your email

1. Complete the Subject with your student’s (name) and (team name).

This is very important. Your student will not receive their Hilltop Express if their name and team name ARE NOT provided in the subject line of your email.

2. Write your encouraging message in the body.

3. Address the E-mail to hayfield-express@reignministries.org.

All students can receive care packages and letters while they are at Training Camp. It is a lot of fun for their teams because students have to sing to get their mail. Here is what you need to know:

1. Post & Mail For Delivery by July 3

Please send your letter or care package in time to be received by Saturday, July 2. No mail will be received after July 2, because of the July 4 holiday, and it WILL NOT be returned to you. We have no idea what the postal service does with mail to Training Camp after we leave town.

2. Address Your Letter Or Package As Follows:

On line 1, put the name of team on which your son or daughter is participating: Barnabas, China, Costa Rica, EuroQuest, India, Ireland, London, Nehemiah, Nepal, or Sierra Leone)

3. Special Instructions for Care Packages:

If you are sending a care package, please send it in a small, shoe-box sized box. We do not have a lot of room to store all the care packages we receive. Also, many students do not receive care packages. If you are able, consider sending a little extra for sharing. We direct students not to ask for handouts, but it is always nice when a student can offer to share.

Attention! Please note that we cannot guarantee that letters (or packages) will get to their intended destination. Letters usually arrive, but packages often never arrive at all. So we are asking that you do not send packages to your student overseas, only letters or cards. Only letters can be received for the Costa Rica, EuroQuest, Ireland, India, London, Nehemiah, Nepal, and Sierra Leone (during debrief) teams can receive mail in country.
