If you have a son or daughter on a 2011 Royal Servants mission trip, the Nehemiah team, or the Barnabas team, this mail guide is for you. You can:
Sending an email encouragement to Training Camp
Send your son or daughter an encouraging note via Hayfield Express. We will print and deliver it during the next mail delivery.
Send by 3PM CST each day—We are able to deliver mail and Hayfield Expresses to students most days. Submit your Express by 3PM CST to ensure it will make that days delivery. If you miss the time deadline, do not worry. We will deliver at the following mail delivery.
Send before Saturday, July 2 at 3PM—The last day you will be able to send email and have it printed is July 2 by 3PM CST.
If you prefer to use email to send your Hayfield Expresses, see the instructions at the bottom.
Attention: Because Training Camp is in rural Illinois and Internet connectivity is very limited, it is not possible for students to email. They however can receive a printed Hayfield Express!
1. Complete the Subject with your student’s (name) and (team name).
This is very important. Your student will not receive their Hayfield Express if their name and team name ARE NOT provided in the subject line of your email.
2. Write your encouraging message in the body.
3. Address the E-mail to hayfield-express@reignministries.org.
Search synonyms: hayfieldexpress, heyfieldexpress, hayfield-express, heyfield-express.
All students can receive care packages and letters while they are at Training Camp. It is a lot of fun for their teams because students have to sing to get their mail. Here is what you need to know:
Please send your letter or care package in time to be received by Saturday, July 2. No mail will be received after July 2, because of the July 4 holiday, and it WILL NOT be returned to you. We have no idea what the postal service does with mail to Training Camp after we leave town.

If you are sending a care package, please send it in a small, shoe-box sized box. We do not have a lot of room to store all the care packages we receive. Also, many students do not receive care packages. If you are able, consider sending a little extra for sharing. We direct students not to ask for handouts, but it is always nice when a student can offer to share.
Attention! China, Costa Rica, India, and Nepal mission trips cannot receive mail overseas. Only the EuroQuest, Ireland, Nehemiah, and Sierra Leone (UK only) teams can receive mail in country.
