Sending an email encouragement to Training Camp
Send your son or daughter an encouraging note via Hilltop Express. We will print and deliver it during the next mail delivery.
Send by 3PM CST each day—We are able to deliver mail and Hilltop Expresses to students most days, during their time at Training Camp (June 9—July 2). Submit your Express by 3PM CST to ensure it will make that days delivery. If you miss the time deadline, do not worry. We will deliver at the following mail delivery day.
Send before Saturday, July 2 at 3PM—The last day you will be able to send email and have it printed is July 2 by 3PM CST.

Attention: Because Training Camp is in rural Wisconsin and Internet connectivity is very limited, it is not possible for students to email. They however can receive a printed Hilltop Express!
Send a Hilltop Express via your email
1. Complete the Subject with your student’s (name) and (team name).
This is very important. Your student will not receive their Hilltop Express if their name and team name ARE NOT provided in the subject line of your email.
2. Write your encouraging message in the body.
3. Address the E-mail to hayfield-express@reignministries.org.
