You are responsible to make and pay for your domestic travel arrangements to and from one of our Royal Servants meeting locations and notify us of your plans.
In most cases your domestic travel is not covered by the mission trip funds you raise, but there is an exception.
What is Domestic Travel?
Your mission trip begins and ends at one of our four Royal Servants meeting locations (below). You are responsible to get to one of these meeting locations to begin your mission trip, and you must arrange to get home when the mission trip is over.
We refer to your travel to and from one of these meeting locations at the beginning and end of your trip as your domestic travel.
4 Royal Servants Meeting Locations
There are 4 Royal Servants meeting locations.
If you choose to fly, your meeting location is the baggage claim area at either the Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) or Chicago Midway Airport (MDW).
If you choose to drive, you can come to the church (below) we designate in the Chicago area. You can also drive directly to our Training Camp.
When coming home, all mission trips end at Chicago O’Hare. However and wherever you decide to come, make sure you make plans to get home from O’Hare.
1. Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) Baggage Claim
If you arrive at O’Hare, you will go to the baggage claim area to claim your luggage, and a Royal Servants representative will meet you at your specific baggage claim area. We will know where to find you by the information you provide on the domestic travel plans form. We will meet you and shuttle you to the church where all participants will be gathering.
2. Chicago Midway Airport (MDW) Baggage Claim
If you arrive at Midway, you will go to the baggage claim area to claim your luggage, and a Royal Servants representative will meet you at your specific baggage claim area. We will know where to find you by the information you provide on the domestic travel plans form. We will meet you and shuttle you to the church where all participants will be gathering.
3. Orchard EV Free Church in the Chicago Area
If you choose to drive to Chicago, we recommend you come directly to Orchard EV Free Church. Do not go to the airport to meet your team. Those flying into Chicago will be brought to the church.

There is no phone or mail services available at Orchard EV Free Church. If someone needs to contact you there have them call Royal Servants at our headquarters.
Whether you fly or drive, once you arrive, you will:
- Be registered for your mission trip.
- Repack your luggage into an official Royal Servants “blue pack” bag.
- Start getting to know your team!
4. Our Training Camp
Training Camp is in Pardeeville, WI, which is about 20 minutes east of Portage, WI and 40 miles north of Madison, WI. Pardeeville is a small farming community with a population of about 2,000 people. You may drive directly to Training Camp if you wish. However, we suggest that, if possible, you and your student meet with the team that is assembling in Chicago. Your son or daughter will then travel to Training Camp along with the rest of the team.
We will send out the arrival time and location of camp in the Updated Mission Trip Schedule in mid-April.
Important: If you are seeing your son or daughter off at the airport and then will be gone away from home for more than a few hours, you must provide Royal Servants with either a cell phone number or an alternate contact number (i.e. a relative). Flights sometimes get re-routed by the airlines after the flight departs, and it is crucial that we be able to contact a family member should this occur. You can do this at the bottom of the first page of the Domestic Travel Plans form, or e-mail us.
