Training Camp

Training Camp is one of the most important elements of our Royal Servants mission trip program. It is where God prepares each student for the mission trip, binds the teams together, and lays the groundwork for an unforgettable spiritual experience.

Our Training Camp has been in different locations over the past 36 years, but we still meet under the “Big Top” for worship and challenge students with the PRIORITIES talk the first night. We still brush our teeth at the “trough”, run an obstacle course, cook outdoors, and sleep in tents under the stars. The unique simplicity of Training Camp creates an atmosphere where God prepares students spiritually, emotionally, and physically for the task ahead. This intentional training is vital to the success of our mission trips and will always be a significant component of what we do.

The Vision

In 2012 we moved to our own property in Wisconsin, allowing us to expand the Training Camp experience. We are now transitioning into Phase Two of developing Training Camp. Improvements will include: installing a state required septic field, laying the floor in the admin building, adding a play structure for Reign staff children, and refurbishing the “Big Top” – our worship and teaching space. It is through improving and maintaining Training Camp that we will be better able to meet the needs of our participants and continue to create an atmosphere where each person can experience life transformation.

Getting There

Our goal is to raise $47,150 by November 11th. We ask you to prayerfully consider giving a financial gift towards Phase Two of Training Camp, partnering with us to create a place for teens to be trained and equipped. We are confident God has called us to continue to advance His Kingdom by investing in youth who will become a part of the next generation to fulfill the Great Commission!

UPDATE: A Royal Servants alumnus and his wife are offering to match every gift given towards Phase 2. They believe in Reign Ministries so much they are willing to double down to ensure we reach our goal and are challenging you to join them! Every dollar you give, whether $25, $50, $75, or more, this alumnus will double it – up to $20,000.

So go for it! We invite you to multiply your impact to improve the Training Camp experience and continue to advance God’s Kingdom by investing in youth.

Training Camp prepared me for ministry by breaking my comfort zone and bringing my physical life back to basics so that my main focus can be on the Lord.”

It is obvious to us [as parents] the investment made through discipleship, mentoring, and coaching of our students helps them to continue God’s Kingdom expansion long after they leave Training Camp.”
