About:

I’m from Minnesota, and I live with my husband, our pets, and a large collection of running shoes. I began helping students with their English skills in 2013 at a Spanish immersion school. That experience sparked my interest in working with kids through English teaching.  This passion led me to my first trip as a student with Royal Servants to Costa Rica in 2014. On that trip, I learned about who Jesus is and what ministry can look like. With the goal of pursuing vocational ministry, I studied English as a Second Language Education and Spanish Education at the University of Northwestern – St. Paul.  Since graduating from college in 2018, I have been working as an English Language Development teacher—which means I have my summers free to travel with Royal Servants! I’m a people person who loves to laugh, go on extreme adventures, and be goofy. Most of all, I enjoy watching students grow in their faith and discover what life with Jesus looks like.
