Matt Swanson

I felt called to full-time ministry while in high school. God then led me to spend three summers as a student on Royal Servants. After graduating high school, I earned a BA in Bible from Moody Bible Institute and a MA in Religion from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.

For more than a decade, I have served as middle school and high school Bible Teacher in both Minnesota and now in Maryland. I currently teach 7th and 8th Grade Bible at Rockbridge Academy. During the summer, alongside my wife Stacey and our family, we lead Royal Servants mission trips. We are passionate about helping students grow as maturing discipleships of Jesus. Stacey and I cannot wait to see what the Lord has in store for our next decade of ministry together.

Listening to audiobooks about theology, church history, presidential biographies, management, and leadership. I also enjoy running and watching professional football. Stacey and I also enjoy cooking together.
