Finally Embarking to China

We are on our way to China today. I told our team the first day they arrived is that they started as strangers, but before we leave Training Camp, we will be family. As I sit listening to excited chatter on the bus, I know that it’s true.

We are family, brothers and sisters in Christ, about to travel to the other side of the world to bring encouragement and Good News to our soon-to-family in China.

Although I think we all have a bit of sadness leaving home, the people and things we love, I know, without a doubt, we are smack dab in the middle of God’s plan for each of us. Personally, I can’t wait to see what He does with the willingness and faithfulness of this very diverse yet united family.

I wanted to offer you an opportunity to join our family in part of our daily routine this summer. Every morning and every night we take time to spend time with the Father telling Him what we are thankful for; no supplication, just thankfulness. We call it Thanksgiving, and we’d love if you did it too!

For the China Family,

Margaret

PS. As a reminder, once we are overseas and you email your Royal Servant participant, please don’t use any Christian or Christianeze words. Use alternate words or asterisks instead (ie Father instead of God). From this point forward our updates will reflect that too.
