Uganda Team 2019 - Update #9, Mosque

After lunch out in the city, the Uganda team had a culture and heritage experience in the heart of Kampala.

The Uganda National Mosque.

One of the largest mosques in the Sudan and in the country.

Exposing our students to the realities of Islam and their beliefs, helps to soften our posture towards Muslims here in Uganda and world round.

We hope they use this new experience to connect more to the hearts of Muslims rather than the stigmatism of their religion.

Our students will come in contact with many Muslims this summer in ministry and having a new perspective will help us grow more in depth in sharing the Gospel.

Jesus’ message of love and grace is to be spread to all, and it begins with the soft, openness of our hearts.
