Western Europe 2019 - Update #5

Its only been three days since we came to Europe, but we have already done so much. Today we partnered with an organization called Serve The City to do just that. Serve. We worked with people from all over Europe and the globe hearing their stories and participating in service with them.

One team went to a local park where many refugees were trying to find a place to wander into. The team there was able to engage these people in conversation and hand out necessities.(unfortunately they were not allowed to take pictures.)

The other half of our team traveled to a abandoned hospital to clean and paint rooms for refugees to live in while they search for a home. Even though we did not meet the people who are going to live in these rooms, we all worked hard and honored God by giving a better home to a hurting family. We also had some time to have fun in the midst of all the work! Until next time….
